5th International Congress on Pharmaceutical and Pharmacological Sciences
Abstract
The 5th International Congress on Pharmaceutical and
Pharmacological Sciences (ICPPS) was hosted by the
North-West University in Potchefstroom from 23–26 September 2009. The meeting is a combined congress of the South African Society for Basic and Clinical Pharmacology
(SASBCP; http://www.sapharmacol.co.za) and the Academy
of Pharmaceutical Sciences of South Africa (APSSA; http://
www.apssa.org.za/index_full.asp), and is held every 3 years.
This meeting has a much stronger international flavour than
the normal annual events of the two societies.
