A closer look at BPharm programmes – UWC and UL (Turfloop)
Abstract
Undergraduate education in pharmacy is constantly evolving. It is influenced by research and changes
in practice and technology. While all universities follow minimum curricula for BPharm programmes, each pharmacy school deals with it differently, in ways that reflect the unique contribution that each school makes to the pharmaceutical sciences. The SAPJ intends to introduce pharmacists to each programme. This article deals with the programmes offered by the University of the Western Cape and the University of Limpopo (Turfloop campus).
